The Edge Sharpener PRO is a professional sharpener equipped with a 100 mm stone , designed to combine the advantages of manual sharpening with those of machine sharpening. The 100 mm stone allows you to obtain an edge very similar to that obtained with a file, while guaranteeing the durability and sharpness retention typical of professional machines.

  • Motor with 8mm shaft

    The machine features a 100 mm grinding wheel supported directly by a powerful spindle with an 8 mm shaft. This ensures stability and reliability. You can forget about any problems with broken belts or gears.

  • High quality linear guides

    The linear guides, mounted vertically, ensure smooth movement and offer optimal support to the motor.

  • Variable speed

    The speed can be set directly from the power supply, allowing you to make the most of the grinding wheel associated with a speed setting.

  • Integrated suction

    The machine is equipped with two powerful brushless fans with adjustable speed, which effectively suck dust directly from the inside, ensuring a cleaner and safer working environment.

  • Pressure control

    Using a spring and a selector, you can precisely adjust the pressure with which the wheel acts on the blade. Higher pressure allows you to sharpen the edge, while gentler pressure is ideal for final polishing.

  • Filter block

    The suction motors are connected to the ducts via a removable filter block, which integrates an aluminum protection against sparks and a felt for retaining dust.

  • Portability

    Despite being a machine with a 100mm grinding wheel, the machine's compact size ensures maximum portability.

  • Mola B46

    A versatile wheel capable of both roughing and finishing. It's the perfect all-purpose solution: ideal for those seeking a good balance between performance and practicality. Slower than the 64 and 91 for roughing, and slightly less effective at polishing than the 20, 30, and 40, it's still perfect for all-round, flexible use.

  • Mola B64

    A roughing wheel ideal for setting angles, performing rapid work, and ensuring high stock removal rates. Not intended for finishing, although it still offers a sharper edge than common corundum wheels on the market. It is recommended to use it with a polishing wheel.

  • Grinding wheel B91
