The Sidewall Remover SR1 is a portable electric sidewall remover designed for working on the sidewalls of skis and snowboards. It can process various materials, including ABS, carbon fiber, fiberglass, and titanal, quickly and effectively.

With the SR1, you can achieve perfectly uniform sidewalls that are up to ten times shinier than those processed with manual sidewall removers.

Thanks to its portability, ease of use, and professional finish, it is ideal for skimen, coaches, athletes, and specialized workshops.

The SR1 package includes: SR1, cutter of choice, power supply, vacuum cleaner adapter and hose, free box.

    The cutter mounted on the SR1 is made of carbide and mounted directly on the crankshaft, the result is a clean cut and reduced vibrations during machining.

Milling Cutters

  • 16 mm file, 3 mm chamfer

    With the same diameter as the most common manual squares, it allows for better work with the Titanal and digs closer to the edge. Especially recommended for preparing slalom skis.

  • 16 mm file, 8 mm chamfer

    It allows the phenol to be removed while leaving the sidewall full, ensuring the maximum possible support for the blade.

  • 20 mm file, 8 mm chamfer

    With the same geometry as the 16mm File, it is designed for speed and is ideal for high-level skis dedicated to speed disciplines.
