From the first prototype of the Pro, we envisioned a slimmer body, designed for athletes, coaches, and parents. Concentrating quality in a small space has been a challenge we've pursued for years. Today, the MINI2 easily competes with the best machines on the market.

  • Professional Quality

    Despite its compact size, the mini achieves top-level results. The adjustment of the angle, pressure, and choice of grinding wheel grit allow for a wide range of use to meet the needs of all users. The roughness and cusp achieved with the MINI2 are exceptional. Recommended for those who want to focus on quality.

  • Integrated Aspiration

    Work clean without bulky vacuum cleaners. The MINI2 integrates a suction system with a brushless fan and replaceable filters, perfect for those who travel light and want maximum convenience. To expand the mini's range of use beyond the suction module, we have developed a vacuum cleaner adapter, useful for intensive use without the need to clean the filters.

  • Electronic Board

    One of the features we worked extensively on when transitioning to the MINI2 is undoubtedly the machine's power. The power supply is twice as powerful and provides a constant 20V. The proprietary electronic board manages startup and distributes the load between the grinding wheel motor and the suction fan. The result is a more powerful machine that sucks better and is more stable throughout the entire pass.

  • Maximum Portability

    Despite the updates from the MINI1, the body of the MINI2 is only 4 millimeters larger, ensuring the same portability as the previous version but with improved user comfort. The power button is now a single button and controls both the motor and the fan. Furthermore, the hand compartment is much more comfortable even during prolonged use of the machine.

  • Necessary Adjustments

    The MINI2 allows for precise adjustments: the angle setup can be set continuously between 87° and 88°, and fine-tuning will allow you to push it even further. Adjusting the load is crucial for achieving different types of roughness and sharpness, and for compensating for grinding wheel wear. The MINI2 achieves a range of processing capabilities similar to even the PRO2!!

  • Construction Quality

    Like other Cima Research machines, the MINI2 also combines steel parts, protective sheets, electrical components, and 3D-printed parts. The development of this project allows for a compact body, lifetime availability of spare parts, and sustainability. For the mini, since there were no suitable commercial options, we even invented silicone bellows for dust protection.
